Configuring Your EDI Subscription
To complete your Express for Energy Data Insights subscription, you will need to create an EDI Service Console admin user account and configure your subscription details.
To get started, in the AWS account where you initated your subscription, click the "Set up your account" button from the overview page for your Express for Energy Data Insights subscription.
Create Admin User Account
Please provide the company email address where you receive work-related email, and create a password. Your password must include a capital letter, a number, and a special character.
Email Verification
We will send you a verification code to the email address you provided. Enter this code in the Email Verification form.
Additional Information
Provide additional information about your company and provide contact information for the Primary Point of Contact related to your Express for Energy Data Insights subscription (this could be someone other than you in your organization).
Await Confirmation
Once you submit the additional information, await for a confirmation email notifing you when your EDI subscription is ready to use. The confirmation email will be sent to your email address (as a subscription admin) and to the email address designated as the Primary Point of Contact.
Sign-In
You can sign-in to the EDI Service Console directly at EDI Service Console, or by navigating to it from your subscription in AWS Marketplace. At the login page, you can sign-in using the email and password you provided previously when creating your EDI Service Console admin account.
Password Reset
You can reset your password by clicking the "Reset password" link from the EDI Service Console login page, which initiates the password reset flow. We will send a password reset email to your verified email address. Follow the instructions in the email to set up your new password.
