User Setup

User management is conducted via the AWS Cognito instance in the SaaS AWS account created for each Customer. The current process for adding new users relies on an automated back-end process. If you would like 47Lining support to add, modify, or delete users within your Adoption Catalyst, please submit a support ticket and a 47Lining support agent will coordinate with you to make the changes on your behalf.

Authorization and Entitlements Management

Once users are added to Cognito, you can set up their entitlement within the OSDU™ Data Platform to manage what data they are permitted to see. To do so, use the OSDU Entitlements Service. Then, every time a user logs in, they are automatically assigned the appropriate entitlements defined for them as part of their entitlements setup.
